How our pricing works
Every Ashford & Whitaker plan is a flat monthly subscription billed in RON at the start of each period. There are no performance fees, no commissions on trades your bot executes, and no charges that scale with your account size. The price you see is the price you pay — consistent month to month. You can switch tiers with 30 days' notice or cancel entirely; we do not lock you into annual contracts unless you choose the annual billing option for a 15% discount. All plans include access to the same core platform; the differences are in the number of active strategy slots, broker connections, and the level of onboarding support provided.

What's the same across all plans
Every tier gives you access to the full risk controls architecture, the strategy specification document process, paper-trading mode before live deployment, and the decision log in your dashboard. The platform never restricts transparency features based on plan level — you can always see exactly what your bot is doing and why. Support channels, strategy slot counts, and backtest frequency are the only meaningful differences between tiers. If you're not sure which plan suits your current trading volume, start with Start and upgrade when you consistently run more than one strategy simultaneously.
Common questions about pricing
Can I try the platform before committing to a monthly plan?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day paper-trading trial on the Start tier, fully functional except for live order routing. No payment details are required to begin the trial.
Is the monthly fee charged in RON or EUR?
All invoices are issued in Romanian lei (RON). If you pay via a EUR-denominated bank account, your bank applies its own exchange rate; we do not add a conversion fee on our side.
What happens to my active strategies if I downgrade tiers?
If a downgrade reduces your allowed strategy slots below your current active count, you choose which strategies remain active. Paused strategies retain their full configuration and can be reactivated when you upgrade again.
Do you charge anything based on trade volume or account size?
No. The monthly subscription fee is fixed regardless of how many trades your bot executes or how large your account is. Your broker charges their own commissions directly — we never touch or share in those.
