How we handle enquiries
When you send us a message, it goes directly to a strategy specialist — not a sales funnel. We aim to respond within one business day with a substantive answer, not a brochure. If your question is complex, we'll suggest a short video call. If your trading setup isn't a good fit for what we build, we'll tell you that too — clearly, and without a hard sell. You can reach us by email, phone, or the form below. During Romanian public holidays we may be slower to respond; we'll note this on the site in advance when we know about a closure.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe your trading rules in plain language; our specialists handle the encoding. The only requirement is that your rules can be stated clearly and unambiguously.
Which brokers do you support?
We currently integrate with brokers offering FIX API or REST API access available to EU retail and professional clients. We'll confirm compatibility with your specific broker during the intake session.
How long does it take to go live?
From strategy intake to live deployment typically takes 10–15 business days: 2 days for the specification document, backtest phase, 5 days minimum paper-trading, and your final sign-off.
Is my strategy kept confidential?
Yes. Every client project is covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed before the intake session. Your strategy logic is never shared, benchmarked against, or used in any other client's configuration.
